Fides-IT Company Overview

Background

Fides-IT is a consultancy that was formed to deliver Project and Programme services to the private and public sectors.  It has built relationships with a number of consultancies such that a range of services can be offered to a client.   

After HMRC's implementation of IR35 within the private sector, a number of small consultancies have disappeared, Fides-IT is still operating. 

What we can deliver?

Fides-IT can deliver the following services depending upon engagement / the challenge to be solved:

• Outsourcing tenders

• Outsourced delivery from tender responses/bid submissions through to overall Transition and Transformation

• Cloud  migration

• Cabling and WiFi Services

• Service Management

Some services may be delivered through known highly experienced companies with which Fides-IT has built close historical relationships. Such services, should they be required, will be itemised and experience profiles / CVs presented. 

What has been delivered?

The list of deliveries is constantly evolving and therefore does not include all areas of expertise, however, examples of successful deliveries are:

• Home Office - Desktop O/S and application uplift +  Case Working Application + Application move to the cloud strategy.

• MoJ - Desktop transformations + NDPB Server integration with a desktop transformation. 

• Telegraph Media Group - Move to Digital

• Passport Office - Data Centre Migration Planning

• A travel industry Transatlantic Data Centre migration
